Pinged is operated by a team of two co-founders based in India, operating collectively as an unincorporated entity under the name "Pinged."

Pinged provides prospect discovery services to help users find and connect with potential business contacts using publicly available information.

Our service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase prospect credits to reveal contact information and details.

Features, scope, and pricing may be updated from time to time with appropriate notice to users.

3. Credit-Based Payment System

Pinged operates on a credit-based payment system where users purchase prospect credits to access contact information.

Payment structure:

  • Credits are purchased as one-time payments
  • Credits are consumed when prospects are revealed
  • Free users have limited access to basic search functionality
  • No recurring subscriptions or hidden fees

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

Dodo Payments is responsible for:

  • Payment security
  • Billing and checkout
  • Collection and remittance of applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax
  • Issuing receipts and handling refunds

Pinged does not store or process your payment card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pinged for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Mass spamming or unsolicited outreach
  • Violating the terms or policies of third-party platforms such as LinkedIn

Pinged is designed to support focused, human-led outreach, not automation, scraping behind logins, or abusive behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pinged is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Continuous availability
  • Accuracy of prospect information
  • Specific outcomes or results from using our service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
