1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Pinged website (https://pinged.online) and/or purchasing early access, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or purchase access.

2. Operator & Product Stage Disclosure

Pinged is operated by a team of two co-founders based in India, operating collectively as an unincorporated entity under the name "Pinged."

Pinged is currently under active development and is offered as a paid waitlist / early access product.

By purchasing early access, you are securing a place in our early access program. The product is not yet fully live, and immediate access to all features is not guaranteed until the official launch.

Features, scope, pricing, and availability may change before or after launch.

3. One-Time Payment

Access to Pinged is granted through a one-time purchase.

There are:

  • No subscriptions
  • No recurring charges
  • No hidden fees

unless explicitly stated otherwise in the future.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

Dodo Payments is responsible for:

  • Payment security
  • Billing and checkout
  • Collection and remittance of applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax
  • Issuing receipts and handling refunds

Pinged does not store or process your payment card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pinged for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Mass spamming or unsolicited outreach
  • Violating the terms or policies of third-party platforms such as LinkedIn

Pinged is designed to support focused, human-led outreach, not automation, scraping behind logins, or abusive behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pinged is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

As an early-stage product, we make no guarantees regarding:

  • Availability
  • Accuracy
  • Outcomes or results

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
