2. Operator & Service Description
Pinged is operated by a team of two co-founders based in India, operating collectively as an unincorporated entity under the name "Pinged."
Pinged provides two core services:
Prospect Discovery — Find new prospects by describing your ideal customer. Pinged scans real conversations across Reddit, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and the open web to surface high-intent profiles matching your criteria.
Lead Ranking — Upload a CSV of your existing leads and describe your ideal customer profile (ICP). Pinged scores and ranks each lead by buying intent using live signals from Reddit, X, and the web, and surfaces the most relevant contacts first.
Features, scope, and pricing may be updated from time to time with appropriate notice to users.
3. Credit-Based System
Pinged operates on a credit-based system for prospect discovery.
Key details:
New users receive 20 free prospect credits upon registration
Free credits are a one-time grant and cannot be replenished by re-registering
Additional credits are purchased as one-time payments. No recurring subscriptions
Credits are consumed as per the requirement. Check FAQ for further details on how much credits are consumed
No hidden fees
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
Dodo Payments is responsible for:
Payment security
Billing and checkout
Collection and remittance of applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax
Issuing receipts and handling refunds
Pinged does not store or process your payment card details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pinged for:
Illegal activities
Mass spamming or unsolicited bulk outreach
Violating the terms or policies of third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, or X
Uploading CSV files containing data obtained through unauthorized means
Pinged is designed to support focused, human-led outreach. Automated scraping behind logins, abusive behavior, or any use that circumvents platform restrictions is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pinged is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make no guarantees regarding:
Continuous availability of the service
Accuracy or completeness of prospect information or lead scores
Specific outcomes or results from using our service
Availability of signals from third-party platforms (Reddit, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
