We want you to feel confident when purchasing early access to Pinged.

1. Refund Eligibility

Payments made for Pinged early access are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase.

If you feel the product is not a fit or you have changed your mind within this period, you may request a refund — no questions asked.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email pinged.contact@gmail.com with your purchase details.

  • Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

3. Merchant of Record

All payments and refunds are processed through Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

Once a refund is authorized by us:

  • Dodo Payments handles the financial processing
  • Any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax is refunded according to Dodo Payments' global tax compliance rules

4. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated refund behavior that violates Dodo Payments' acceptable use policies.
