1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for prospect credit purchases are available under the following conditions:
Unused Credits: Credits that have not been used to reveal prospect information are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase
Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent you from using purchased credits, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Used Credits: Credits that have been used to reveal prospect information are generally not eligible for refund, as the service has been delivered
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email pinged.contact@gmail.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund request.
Include your account email and transaction details
Specify which credits you wish to refund (if partial refund)
Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
3. Merchant of Record
All payments and refunds are processed through Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
Once a refund is authorized by us:
Dodo Payments handles the financial processing
Any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax is refunded according to Dodo Payments' global tax compliance rules
4. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated refund behavior that violates Dodo Payments' acceptable use policies.
