Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing prospect credits on Pinged.

1. What Can Be Refunded

Pinged sells prospect credits used to reveal contact details in the prospect discovery feature. Lead ranking runs (CSV uploads) do not consume credits and are not subject to this refund policy.

  • Unused credits: Credits that have not been used to reveal any prospect are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Partially used credits: If some credits have been used, a partial refund for the remaining unused credits may be considered within 14 days of purchase.
  • Used credits: Credits consumed to reveal prospect details are not eligible for refund, as the service has been delivered.
  • Technical issues: If a technical problem on our end prevents you from using purchased credits, a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis regardless of the 14-day window.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email pinged.contact@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your Pinged account
  • Your Dodo Payments transaction ID or receipt
  • The number of unused credits you are requesting a refund for
  • A brief reason for the request

Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

3. Merchant of Record

All payments and refunds are processed through Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Once a refund is authorized by us:

  • Dodo Payments handles the financial processing
  • Any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax is refunded according to Dodo Payments' global tax compliance rules

4. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated refund behavior that violates Dodo Payments' acceptable use policies. Free credits granted at registration are not eligible for refund.
